I'm Kath Temple and I am the Director of The Lifelong Learning Company. Biography
Just to let you know something about me! I'm an MSc Occupational & Organisational Psychologist, an NLP Master & NLP Trainer, a solution-focused psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, EFT Trainer and EFT Advanced Practitioner. I was appointed in 1994 to SENDIST by The Secretary of State for Education. My background was in media and PR for a Tenneco subsidiary. I also set up and edited a company newspaper for an Alcan subsidiary, High Duty Alloys then worked in media, PR, information services and education liaison for BNFL at Sellafield for almost 9 years. I crossed sectors and worked for both Suffolk and Norfolk education as well as the DfES's SEN & Disability Tribunal. I helped launch the Suffolk Governor's Association, was appointed to the Community Health Council, set up and edited a newsletter for the voluntary sector organisation CONTACT - affiliated to Contact-a-Family, and worked in the field of mental health. I've run The Lifelong Learning Company for over 10 years now and live and love what I share with others. Kath Temple is an international trainer.

Hilary Barrington-Mitchell

Hilary is an outstanding Clinical Psychotherapist, Master Hypnotist and a Licensed NLP Trainer & NLP Master Practitioner. She weaves her own brand of magic and has a real presence. Hilary is a stress management consultant with a wonderful voice to soothe and calm the most hardened or agitated corporate heart!
She has worked in occupational health, in industry, in the fire and ambulance services, and with prison service personnel. For 30 years of her career Hilary worked with British Airways achieving the rank of Cabin Service Director for both long and short haul routes and was also involved with recruitment, training, career development and team management. She is a highly successful consultant with a thriving private practice.
Hilary also specialises in personal and corporate profiling where she is able to help and guide organisations to realise the power within their workforce.
Linda Pope

Linda is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, an NLP Master and Trainer, who has worked internationally. She is an Organisational Development Manager and consultant, and an experienced coach. Linda has worked in Europe, Asia and all around the UK. Linda has worked for leading edge IT companies, the MoD, and in the voluntary sector too for Age Concern. She has extensive management, project management, and training experience.
She is qualified to BPS level B in the use of psychometric personality and aptitude tests. Linda specialises in the areas of personal effectiveness, leadership, coaching, communication skills, graduate development and management training and coaching. She is the LLC's lead co-trainer in NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Business Practitioner and NLP Master Business Practitioner. Linda is also a Reiki Master and an accredited AAMT practitioner of meridian therapies (Emotional Freedom Technique). She has a holistic approach to learning and development and utilises all her skills and experience to create imaginative and memorable training and coaching experiences for her clients. Linda specialises in the areas of personal effectiveness, leadership, graduate development and management training and coaching.
Lynn Davidson

Lynn is a warm, vibrant and gifted NLP Master Practitioner, EFT Advanced Practitioner and a fully qualified and accredited Coach Mentor and Development Facilitator. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Lynn has a delightful and cheeky sense of humour that enlivens every training and coaching session and really brings learning to life. She is a trainer and high performance coach for Everest and has her own thriving private practice.
Lynne is a trainer, using accelerated learning and has a deep understanding of behaviours and attitudes. She is also a registered user of Myers Briggs (MBTI), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, Belbin Interplace, Transactional Analysis and Firo B. In addition to working for Everest, she has also worked for the Rank Organisation and as an Internal Consultant for a US owned International Manufacturing Group where part of her remit was to develop and audit a team of in-house Trainers and Assessors. She has also worked in the Construction, Recruitment and Audio Visual Industries where she managed national training and development functions.
Eithne Leming

Eithne is a Capita Consultant, Headteacher, trainer, writer and consultant. She has worked as a Headteacher of First Base, a Pupil Referral Unit and Behavioural Support Service for young children aged 3-8 years, which has attracted national recognition for its innovative work under her leadership. She was a teacher for 16 years, in both mainstream and special schools in London and Suffolk, teaching a range of ages from 4 to 19 years.
She first gained a national reputation as Parent Partnership Officer for Suffolk and prior to this she worked as Project Manager for Suffolk’s English as an Additional Language Service. Eithne has also gained national acclaim for her cross age tutoring project for key stage 3 and 4 students at risk of exclusion and disaffection. Whilst leading the work on Parent Partnership in Suffolk, (1994 – 2002). She has worked with SHA, the Secondary Heads Association, helping with the development of their Inclusion policy and their Schools of the Future Project. She has done many major pieces of research including SEN Tribunal appeals, provision for pupils with Autism, Specific Learning Difficulties and those with Long term Medical Need, which prevent attendance at school. Eithne has also worked with Haringey LEA, running training sessions for head teachers on involving parents in the work of schools, and for elected members and other LEA staff, on developing effective home-school links. In addition she has worked with Northampton Advisory Service, running training programmes for school staff about ways of engaging parents who are difficult to reach. She has also provided consultancy support to Telford and Wrekin LEA on the Parental Involvement part of their 14 – 19 strategy. This included design of an audit questionnaire, analysis of responses and report plus training for Headteachers and other members of Senior Leadership Teams (Sept 03 – Feb 04). Eithne has also provided raining for Essex Behaviour Support Service April 2005 on use of the Boxall Profile and other assessment tools in the assessment of young children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Herb Bouyer

Herb is an experienced, talented and highly professional NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Master Business Practitioner, and Licensed NLP Trainer. He is also a skilled Hypnotherapist, Brief Solution-Focused Psychotherapist, and an Advanced EFT Practitioner & Trainer with an infectious laugh and a genuine desire to help others.
Herb's background is in engineering and the US AirForce. He is a Lead Coach on The LLC's NLP trainings. Herb enjoys being involved in the process of change and transformation. He is a Founder Member of World Change Agents. Herb runs his own successful private practice as well as working for us here at The Lifelong Learning Company. He is involved with change work in Probation, Norcas, and with young offenders, as well as running Corporate Well-Being courses and Stress Management trainings in the world of business.
Kevin Rees

Kevin is a creative, intuitive and skilled therapist who likes to weave his magic to make quick effective change in his clients and allow them to realise their dreams and ambitions using all the knowledge he has gained treating a variety of clients over many years.
He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and an NLP Master Business Practitioner. Kev is a Lead Coach at The LLC's NLP Trainings. As well as running his own successful private practice, Kevin is also an an EFT Advanced Practitioner, a Hypnotherapist and Brief Solution-Focused Psychotherapist. Kevin is a qualified Registered Mental Health specialist with a deep understanding of a variety of conditions which prevent people from leading fulfilling lives. In addition he is part of our Corporate Well-Being team, and our Stress Solutions team.
David Braybrook

David is an outstanding and charismatic educational consultant, advisor, trainer and coach. He has extensive experience as a teacher trainer, special school head, teacher of deaf children, and also as an Ofsted Registered Inspector, Contractor and Accredited Trainer (SEN). He was also Director of Education of I CAN, the national educational charity for children with speech, language and communication difficulties.
He is currently CEO of the Ewing Foundation. David is an advisor to schools, LEAs, PFI projects and the voluntary sector. He is also an Independent Care Standards Monitor at Independent special school for pupils with learning difficulties. In 1994 he was appointed by the Secretary of State for Education as a Member of the SEN and Disability Tribunal. In addition he is a member of the Care Standards Tribunal, Chair of the Steering Committee of the DfES South East SEN Regional Partnership and was a member of the Ministerial Working Party on the Future Role of Special Schools. David is National Judge for SEN Teaching Awards Trust. His current portfolio includes NCH, SCOPE, LEAs, schools and colleges.
Adie DeCoursey

Adie is a is a man of immense personal presence. He is a high performance coach, trainer, seasoned senior consultant, writer, speaker, and career advisor. He is an NLP Master, NLP Trainer and High Performance Coach. He has trained with the world's best and can offer fresh insights and ways forward and will help you find your still place in the eye of the storm.
Adie's extensive work portfolio includes leadership and management development, change management, recruitment, not-for-profit, technology, finance, and professional service industries, local authorities, healthcare and educational organization clients. He spent eleven years studying how the mind operates and how some of the world's greatest educators, persuaders and influencers work, studying psychology, entrepreneurship, sales, fundraising, counselling, transactional analysis, NLP, accelerated learning, Mind Mapping, interpersonal communication skills, coaching and marketing. He combined these intellectual disciplines with holistic practises such as voice, Feldenkrais, shiatsu, martial arts, yoga and massage. Adie is passionate about tapping into each individual's unique skills and energy and helping them to create their personal definition of peak performance and excellence. And he practises what he preaches, walking his talk and demonstrating that which he seeks to develop in others! Adie is experienced in working with international, multicultural and complex teams and in highly political environments.
Sue Collins

Sue Collins provides a helping hand for strategic, team and people development. She is an independent consultant, currently working with the National College of School Leadership to develop Community and Student Leadership and with the education charity Quality in Study Support and as a registered Matrix assessor. She previously worked with the University of the First Age education charity as a ‘critical friend’ and then for 4 months as the Interim National Director. Prior to this she had a varied career in the Department for Education and Skills, leading on the Government’s Study Support policy, and in the development of Early Years and Special Educational Needs policies.
In 1994 she was instrumental in setting up and managing the then new independent Special Educational Needs Tribunal for England and Wales. Key areas of work include leadership, supporting self review, building sustainable programmes, networks and partnerships, knowledge transfer and developing learning cultures and at the heart of all her work is personal development. She is passionate about learning, has a degree in law, and is herself a life-long learner and a registered and Licensed Practitioner of NLP.
Gavin Preston

Gavin is an experienced high performance coach, trainer and consultant in the fields of team and leadership development, behavioural change, action learning and communication. He is an NLP Master and NLP Trainer. He has a solid business background and is skilled in applying the principles of NLP to businesses. A KPMG trained Chartered Accountant, he has also worked as an internal consultant for BAE Systems. Gavin’s passion for helping people get more out of themselves has fuelled him through an inexhaustible 15 year study into the traits of high achievers and the psychology of success.
He has distilled the fundamental principles of success and added leading edge technologies in peak performance psychology and extensive experience in business and consultancy. This potent combination makes Gavin an extremely powerful and effective business change agent. Gavin successfully coaches business leaders in blue chip organisations, entrepreneurs and sports people to surpass what they thought was possible. Whilst his style is relaxed and fun you are always certain of his skill, care and commitment to help you achieve your goals. Ann Wilkinson

Ann Wilkinson is a business and life coach and trainer and the founder of Anima Training. Dynamic, creative, and fun, she is a psychologist, an accredited assessor of psychometric testing, an NLP Practitioner, a member of the British Psychological Society and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Ann has a wide understanding of the challenges facing businesses today; with 18 years management experience in both the private and public sectors, she has helped set up small companies and has managed both HR and financial divisions of larger organisations. She has worked with the NHS, Sainsburys and the Royal family among others. She has always been an innovator, believing that the empowerment of the individual leads to the success of the organisation – a ‘win-win’ situation! Ann trains, coaches, mentors and speaks extensively on developmental, motivational and communication issues.
Chris Monk

A high performance leadership coach, team facilitator and Cultural Transformation Tools® trainer running his own consultancy business, Chris specialises in supporting and coaching leaders who want to build values-driven, visionary organisations. He served for 19 years in the British Armed Forces where he was the driving force behind a visionary and groundbreaking coaching initiative which has led to significant culture change while maintaining world-class operational effectiveness and highly respected standards.
Chris is an Ashridge Business School accredited Executive Coach, and predominantly uses a solutions-focused approach to coaching. As well as having an MBA from the OU Business School, Chris is also an NLP Master Practitioner and Advanced PER-K® (Performance Kinesiology) facilitator. He uses a range of psychometric tools including MBTI and Insights Discovery.
Ady Cole

Ady is a licensed NLP Business Practitioner and he works with organisations, coaching and facilitating the development of people at all levels using experiential exercises and the outdoor wherever possible. He leads commercial expeditions and work on projects around the world such as the Polar Challenge (a competitive, 350 mile team race to the Magnetic North Pole) where he headed the instructional team in 2008.
Ady served in The Royal Marines for over 20 years. He specialised in Physical Training and Adventurous Training (specifically mountaineering). His last job as a Royal Marine was Chief Instructor of the Physical Training Department at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines at Lympstone in Devon where he was responsible for the delivery of every aspect of Physical Training to Young Officers, Recruits and all other Trainees.
Ady was awarded the MBE for his part in a mountaineering expedition during which he became the 10th Briton to summit the world’s third highest mountain. Kangchenjunga in the Eastern Himalaya stands 8,586m or 28,186ft above sea level and to date this remains the highest altitude ever reached without oxygen by a British Serviceman.
Ady has led and taken part in many expeditions and this combined with his military experiences has made him passionate about the benefits good leadership and followership and working in and with high performing teams.
